EcoBAK EZ is the same high performing biopolymer formulation found in the original ecoBAK but manufactured with a new and unique particle shape and size to allow efficient function without a reactor. EcoBAK EZ is formulated from 3 different diameter extrusions of variable lengths combined with twisted extrusions to maintain water flow through the pellets without compaction. Now all aquariums, large and small, sump or no sump and reactor or no reactor can take advantage of ecoBAK for water clarity, purification and Nitrate and Phosphate reduction. EcoBAK EZ runs great in media bags, canister filters and yes, it's great in a reactor too (no tumbling required)! EcoBAK EZ is also a "gentler" ecoBAK for aquarists concerned with over-aggressive water purification.
