Stream live video directly to your mobile device or program automatic daily photo captures to assemble time-lapse videos of coral growth over time.
Autonomous Preventative Cleaning
Program the Oceanova F1 to run 1–2 times per day. By preventing daily film algae buildup, it keeps glass clean automatically. (Note: Requires a one-time manual deep clean prior to initial setup to remove pre-existing coralline algae).
Smart Sand Bed & Obstacle Avoidance
Set custom vertical boundaries (such as keeping 1 to 2 inches above the sand bed) to protect your wet side from trapping sand. Built-in obstacle avoidance detects snails and glass obstructions automatically.
360° Scraper Head (Glass & Acrylic Safe)
Utilizes a specialized round 360-degree ABS scraping mechanism safe for both glass and acrylic aquariums up to 3/4" (19 mm) thick.
Wireless Charging Dock & Smart Re-Docking
Uses inductive wireless charging to prevent metal corrosion in saltwater environments. For large aquariums (up to 12 feet / 4 meters), the unit automatically returns to its dock to recharge mid-cycle before resuming its path.
