1. Customer Service Specialist - Gettysburg PA

Job Description
SaltwaterAquarium.com is seeking qualified candidates with a background and/or strong interest in aquariums & eCommerce, for the position of Customer Service Specialist. In this eCommerce and After-sales role, you will be a primary contact by phone, text message, live chat, social media platforms or email for customer inquiries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding aquarium related products and brands.
- Assist clients with online orders
- Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics ie warehousing
- Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the saltwater provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
- Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues
- Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brands.
- Able to communicate concisely our company policies to clients
- Maintain and update regular client correspondence
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge base in aquariums, mainly Saltwater & Freshwater.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service preferably eCommerce & aquariums
- Strong eCommerce background Must be a sales-oriented person.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising programs
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
- Proactive personality and self-motivator
- Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
- Proven to be organized, methodical, rigorous
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
- Team player able to develop great relations with co-workers
- 40+ WPM typing speed
2. Warehouse Associate - Gettysburg PA

Job Description
SaltwaterAquarium.com is seeking qualified candidates with a background in shipping, warehousing and/or receiving. eCommerce experience a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving of raw goods.
- Provides kitting, material handling, and cycle counting support to the warehouse under the direction of the Shipping & Warehouse Supervisor.
- Essential Functions: Pick and count finished goods from pick list reports.
- Safely and securely, package product for domestic or export shipment.
- Follow standardized procedures or good practices to provide maximum protection.
- Verify quantity and identity against shipping documents. Seal, weigh, label, and mark packages and containers.
- Enter data into computer for processing of customer order delivery.
- Perform clerical duties involving preparation of required forms and records for shipment including memos, packing slips, bill of lading, etc.
- Organize and file shipping documentation.
- Accurately transact material movement through use of computer.
- Use fork truck, pallet truck, and other equipment for material handling.
- Properly put away material, identifying correct warehouse locations.
- Follow first-in-first-out / stock rotation procedures for both material storage and material picking.
- Unpack and count inbound deliveries.
- Enter data into ERP system for processing of material receipts.
- Perform cycle counts under direction of Shipping Supervisor.
- Kit material and deliver to production cell following pick list and electronic queues.
- Load and unload material on / off trucks.
- Prepare special records and forms in connection with government, hazardous goods, and customer-specific shipments.
- Maintain an organized warehouse
- Ability to accurately count.
- Attention to detail required for accurate identification of product.
- Ability to distinguish between similar part numbers.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in a shipping or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Necessary skills may be learned through on-the-job training.
- Hazmat training provided.
- Successful completion of forklift operator training required (internal certification provided).
Physical Demands: (e.g., lifting, travel, etc.) The performance of this position will require the ability to lift over 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and exposure to the manufacturing areas where, under certain areas, the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses are required.
3. Sales Representative - Gettysburg PA

SaltwaterAquarium.com is seeking qualified candidates with a background is saltwater aquariums and sales. Strong knowledge of aquarium products and brands will give you a fin up for this position. Salary & Commission based opportunities available.
Main Responsibilities:
- Basic responsibilities include working with customers virtually and placing online orders.
- Ability to travel to tradeshows a few times a year, rep the booth and sell.
