Installation Made Easy

Installing the IceCap Float Valve is a "set it and forget it" DIY project:

1. Drill: Use a 1/2" drill bit to create a hole in your plastic container, reservoir, or sump.

2. Mount: Slide the valve through the hole and secure it using the included heavy-duty jam nut and sealing washer.

3. Connect: Insert your 1/4" RO tubing into the quick-connect inlet.

4. Adjust: Set the arm angle to your desired water height and tighten the wing nut.

Pro-Tip for Best Results

To ensure your RO system fully stops production (including the waste-water line) when the float is triggered, we recommend using this float valve in conjunction with an Auto Shut-Off Valve (ASOV) and a Check Valve on your RO unit. This prevents "back-pressure" issues and ensures zero water waste.
