SaltwaterAquarium.com is pleased to announce we are starting a Wholesale program with the focus on providing goods and services to aquarium maintenance companies, coral growers and local fish stores. This program is currently in BETA status so we are only accepting limited customers as we build this program from the ground up. We will keep your information on file as we add more customers.
Who is Eligible?
- Local fish and Pet stores
- Aquarium Service/Maintenance Companies
- Coral Growers
- Real Businesses - No random internet resellers, 3rd party sellers, amazon sellers, etc.
What we Require?
- A copy of a business license, resellers certificate/sales tax exemption form.
- State Tax ID and EIN Number
- A company representative will be in touch with your directly via email, text message & phone. We may require a live facetime/zoom interview.
Restrictions
- Only available in the USA
- No Online Sellers or Sellers who participate in 3rd party sites like Amazon/eBay/Etsy/Walmart. If your caught reselling on a 3rd party marketplace your account will be terminated.
- Wholesale accounts are currently not eligible for coupons, reward points, and other discounts.
Wholesale Shipping Policy
- Dry Good Orders Over $300 ship for FREE, 1-10 Day Ground Economy depending on what you order. For orders below $300, wholesale customers change choose to pay their own shipping using a variety of services. FedEx, UPS, USPS, Overnight, 2 Day, 3 Day. Some items however do require an additional freight charge like large aquariums, pallets of salt, sumps, etc.
- If any order contains Live & Refrigerated Foods, Live Animals like ORA Fish or Corals, or Frozen Foods there is a Flat Rate $50 charge for shipping/coolers/dry/ice, etc. All ORA Fish & Corals and Frozen foods are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight. All inverts are shipped either FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS 2 Day Air depending on what is ordered.
- If an order is a combination of Dry Goods and Live Animals, All Dry Goods will be shipped Free 1-10 Economy.
Loyalty Reward Points
- Wholesale customers are also part of the Saltwater Aquarium Loyalty Rewards Program. 5% Rewards on Most Brands, 1% Rewards on MAP Controlled Brands like Red Sea, Neptune Systems, AquaIllumination, Ecotech Marine, Etc.
