- Adjustable Water Level: The water level in the protein skimmer, refugium, and equipment compartments is easily adjustable from 5 inches to 12 inches to accommodate the specific water depth requirements of various protein skimmers and user preferences.
- Quiet Operation: Water draining from the display tank flows into a dedicated compartment before mechanical filtration, promoting quiet operation.
- Interchangeable Mechanical Filtration: Offers flexibility with an interchangeable mechanical filtration system that allows users to choose between standard 4-inch filter socks (2 included holders) or a filter floss tray.
- Refugium Ready: The sump features a dedicated compartment designed to serve as a refugium, allowing for the cultivation of macroalgae (like Chaetomorpha) and copepods to aid in nutrient reduction (nitrates and phosphates).
- Sump Cover/Lid: Includes a polycarbonate sump cover/lid to significantly reduce noise from equipment operation and minimize water evaporation and salt creep.
