Description

Satisfy your ocean hunters with the chunky, meaty blend they crave. Rod's Food Predator Blend is specifically designed for carnivorous fish like Lionfish, Puffers, Triggers, and Eels. This blend features larger pieces of high-quality marine meats to entice a strong feeding response from your predatory fish.

Key Features:

  • Chunky, Meaty Pieces: Formulated with larger cuts of food, perfectly sized for carnivorous and predatory fish.

  • High-Quality Marine Protein: Packed with a diverse array of whole, fresh seafood to provide a nutrient-dense diet.

  • For Carnivores: Ideal for meat-eating fish, this blend contains minimal plant matter.

  • No Fillers: Contains no unnecessary gels, binders, or excess water, so a little goes a long way.

  • Handmade in the USA: Crafted with premium, fresh, and whole ingredients.

Detailed Description: Predators want meat, and this blend delivers. Rod's Food Predator Blend is based on the popular Fish-Only formula but with much larger, satisfying chunks of food. If you keep the ocean's hunters, this blend provides a high-quality, balanced diet designed specifically for them.

This formula is made to entice even picky eaters and provide the rich, protein-based nutrition that carnivores need to thrive. It includes a small amount of greens and pellets to ensure a balanced, complete meal. Because it's designed for large-mouthed fish, this blend is not recommended for reef tanks with corals, as the particles are too large for them to consume.

Ingredients: Whole Shrimp, Scallop, Whole Oyster, Whole Clam, Whole Squid, Whole Octopus, Perch, Whole Krill, Green Seaweed, Certified Raw Red Seaweed, Brine Shrimp, Mini Pellets, Omega-3 Fatty Acids (DHA), and Astaxanthin.

Feeding Instructions:

  1. Thaw the desired amount of frozen food in a small cup with some of your aquarium water.

  2. Feed 1-2 times daily, providing only as much as your fish can consume within a 3-5 minute period.

  3. Pour the thawed mixture into a high-flow area of the tank.

  4. (Note: This food is not recommended for aquariums with corals, as the particle size is too large for them.)
