Description
The TUNZE DOC Skimmer 9430 is a high-performance protein skimmer designed for aquariums from 700 to 3,500 liters. It is capable of handling various types of stock:
- SPS stock: up to 2,000 liters
- Mixed reef: up to 2,800 liters
- Fish and simple coral stock: up to 3,500 liters
The skimmer features a number of innovative components for reliable and quiet operation:
- Magnetic Bearing System: The pump uses an axle-free magnetic bearing system, which minimizes friction and eliminates humming noises.
- Hydraulically Tuned Leveling System: This system automatically regulates the water level without the need for manual valves or moving parts, providing a stable, long-term adjustment.
- External Pump: The pump is mounted externally for easy access and maintenance.
