Usage Tips
1. Avoid Direct Moisture Contact
While the light is designed for marine environments, it is not fully waterproof. Ensure it is installed securely above the tank to prevent water splashes or leaks from reaching the electronics.
2. Proper Installation & Ventilation
Use the included anti-rust aluminum bracket for stable mounting. Ensure adequate airflow around the light (especially if using multiple units) to maintain optimal heat dissipation and prolong lifespan.
3. Adjust Light Intensity for Coral Needs
For low-light SPS corals, consider using two lights for sufficient coverage. Use the dimmer/timer functions to mimic natural light cycles (e.g., 6-12 hours/day) and avoid sudden changes that may stress corals.
