The ATI Actinic bulb is designed for the specialist looking to maximize coral fluorescence and replicate the specific light conditions found in deeper reef zones. Unlike "blue" bulbs that provide a broader range of light, the Actinic focuses almost exclusively on the violet-blue spectrum.
